Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to make returns and exchanges as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please review the following terms and conditions:

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.

You may return a product if it arrives damaged or if the size does not fit.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

A flat delivery fee of PKR 249 will be charged for exchanges.

For refunds, PKR 350 will be deducted to cover delivery charges.
